2. Server Log Data
When you visit our website, our server temporarily stores access data (IP address, date/time, requested URL, user agent, referrer) for security purposes (defending against abuse) and for the proper operation of the site. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security). Storage duration: 30 days, after which the data is deleted.
3. Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, optional company / phone, your message) in order to process your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Submissions are forwarded to our internal n8n workflow for routing to the appropriate person and stored in our internal CRM reference. Storage duration: until the enquiry is resolved plus statutory retention periods.
4. Chat Assistant
Our chat assistant runs on local servers; no data is sent to external AI providers. Conversations are stored only for the duration of the session unless you explicitly leave contact details, in which case the conversation transcript is forwarded together with your contact data via the same workflow as the contact form (see section 3).
5. Cookies
We use only technically necessary local-storage entries (e.g. your chosen theme: light/dark). No tracking, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
